OCDslay&Reset was established by Melissa, who has always been passionate about helping others feel supported, heard, and valued. With a background as a dealership service writer, she learned the importance of communication, trust, patience, and building genuine relationships with clients — values that continue to shape her business today.
Although OCDslay&Reset is a new journey, cleaning and organizing have been meaningful parts of Melissa’s life for years. Living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder taught her that OCD is far more than simply wanting things clean — it can feel like a constantly overwhelmed, overstimulated mind that struggles to fully rest.. For Melissa, cleaning, organizing, and resetting spaces becames a healthy outlet that brings calm, clarity, and comfort during overwhelming moments.
What began as a personal coping skill and stress reliever has grown into a genuine passion and purpose. Today, Melissa takes pride in helping transform overwhelming spaces into environments that feel lighter, calmer, more functional, and easier to enjoy for others— while also continuing to find clarity, healing, and motivation through the work that keeps her grounded.
